Miroslav Princ, MBA
As the Chamber President, Miroslav chairs the Board of Directors meetings, oversees implementation of the Chamber’s business plan, and represents the Chamber in relations with business partners. After earning his business degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 1995 he pursued his career first as a banker in the Czech Republic and England, and later as a business consultant in the Czech Republic. He came to Canada with his family in January 2005 and runs his own financial advisory practice with Freedom 55 Financial.

George Corn
A director and officer of the Chamber for over ten years, George is a lawyer in the Toronto office of Davis LLP. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1973 and received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and an Honours B.A. in Economics from Queen’s University. His experience and focus is in the areas of personal and corporate financial and tax planning; advising on reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions in small and medium sized businesses; estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts; Canada Revenue Agency negotiations involving disputes with individual and corporate taxpayers and syndicates of investors involving tax shelter investments.

Dr. Jaromir Bertlik, ND
Jaromir devotes much of his time to research and studies that focus on the treatment of cancer, pain and chronic problems, as well as counseling on nutrition and lifestyle. Besides running his own private practice he is the chairman of Advisory Board of Akuna, a natural health products company based in Mississauga, ON. In the past he served on the Board of Directors for Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy in the province of Ontario, and taught as a faculty member at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON.

Peter Osicka, R.G.D.
President/Creative Director of OptiCom Marketing Group Ltd. is recognized as a marketing and ‘award winning’ creative expert. Peter has over 20 years of experience in all facets of marketing communications, providing valuable strategic counsel and a big-picture perspective. He possesses an extensive depth of experience working with many of the world’s premier marketers such as Nestle, Cadbury, Ferrero, Unilever and BIC. Peter attended the School of Business Administration at UWO, the GATF in Pittsburgh and holds Fine Arts diploma from Fanshawe College. He has RGD accreditation from the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario, GDC and ICOGRADA.

Jerry is the President of Trans-Com Ltd., a transportation company based in Mississauga, ON.

Zdena Forst
Zdena is the President of natural health products company Akuna, based in Mississauga, ON.

Marketa Slepcikova
Marketa is the producer of Czech TV broadcast in Ontario and Montreal. A graduate of Television and Film Journalism from the Charles University in Prague, Marketa worked first as an editor at Czech TV company and later ran a Top Info, a cable studio. She wrote scripts and directed close to forty TV commentaries and programs. She came to Canada in 2000 along with her 11 year old son Sebastian.
